A day of presentations and workshops designed to help and inspire local organisations.  It covered a wide variety of topics relevant to the sector.

Key note speakers

Paul Roberts OBE

Chief Executive of LGBT+ Consortium, has over 25 years’ experience in the LGBT+ voluntary sector. He leads 16 staff and supports 725+ member organisations, specialising in community and infrastructure development. Paul is recognised for his collaborative approach, engaging a range of external stakeholders—including government, funders, and broader charitable sector organisations—adopting a participative and intersectional approach.

Jessica Roland

Guernsey’s first female Deputy Bailiff, holding the role since 2020. She has actively supported the charity sector through patronages and as a director, demonstrating a strong commitment to voluntary organisations.

Lindsay de Sausmarez

President of the Policy & Resources Committee since July 2025, and the first woman to hold the position. She is actively involved in the community, supporting charities, schools, and her parish, and has previously held roles including President of the Committee for the Environment & Infrastructure.
